A smoking hot trend

According to Napoleon Grills, smoking has been a key food trend for a few years now and shows no sign of abating.
The company has seen real growth in its smoking accessories during 2013 and predicts this will continue for the 2014 season.
Napoleon's range includes the Pro Smoker Pipe, which is filled with wet wood chips and then placed over a burner (RRP £12.99), the Cedar and Maple Planks (£4.99 each), which, once soaked, have food placed on them and are then placed on the grill, and the Charcoal Smoker Tray (RRP £39.99), which holds both charcoal and wood chips and can be used to convert Napoleon's Prestige and most of its LEX gas barbecues into charcoal grills. Wood chips are also available in mesquite, maple, hickory, cherry and apple at £5.49 a pack.
