Administrators go into Nottinghamshire aquatic business

A 30-year-old Nottinghamshire garden centre and aquatic business has gone into administration.
Chris Farrington and Dominic Wong of Deloitte have been appointed as administrators to Flynn Holdings, which trades as Tall Trees Garden Centre and The Aquatic Centre in Bulcote.
The administrators say they will continue to trade Flynn Holdings while seeking a buyer for all or parts of the operation as a going concern.
Flynn Holdings' business was established more than three decades ago and specialises in tropical fish, aquariums and accessories. Operating from a 2.5 acre site, the company has an annual turnover of around £600,000.
Commenting on the announcement, Chris Farrington, Deloitte partner, said:
"We are working to ensure the business has the best possible chance of finding a buyer to preserve jobs, while generating as much value as possible for creditors through a seasonal sale," said Mr Farrington.
"There have already been a number of expressions of interest, which the administrators are following up."
