New kid on the block opens 100 sq m outdoor furniture showroom in Hindley Green, Manchester as part of its 'aggressive' pursuit of market share.
The 100 sq m purpose-built showroom will showcase Armour Garden's expanding range of outdoor products, including its high end specialist wood and steel furniture and the Anti Quaint Sling chairs - a hit at the recent Solex show.
The Armour Group is new to the outdoor market but states that it is "aggressively pursuing market share'. The company said that it has already enquired about doubling its space at next year's Solex and is considering exhibiting at both Glee and Spoga.
Armour hopes to open a second showroom in the south of England "in due course".
Armour managing director Glenn McClelland said: "We intend to shake up the industry and become a dominant player. Many of the delegates at Solex commented that we had two or three of the best products at the show. With this in mind, we have increased our investment and intend to aggressively pursue market share."
