Bents Garden & Home raised a glass to its 10+ club at a recent event, which saw four new members join the group of workers with more than a decade of experience with the Warrington-based garden centre.
A thank you meal was held to celebrate the now 37-strong group of colleagues. Since its launch in 2003 with just 14 members, the 10+ club has gone from strength to strength, with members enjoying additional benefits such as free weekends away for two.
Bents Garden & Home managing director Matthew Bent said: "We have an excellent team of colleagues throughout the centre, many of whom have been with us for a number of years. This year we welcomed four new members to the 10+ club, all of whom joined us in the Fresh Approach Restaurant for our annual celebration.
"It's a great way to recognise long-term commitment and we look forward to welcoming even more new members in the years to come."
Jackie Bailey, one of the 10+ club members, said: "So much has happened at Bents in the time I have been here. The business has grown and developed so much but the care and attention they give to colleagues has always remained the same. The dinner is a great opportunity to get together and talk about things that have taken place and generally have a catch up with good friends."
The club also includes seven retired colleagues who were original members.
