Home Hardware (Scotland) is celebrating after experiencing its best ever June on record with an impressive leap in turnover.
Turnover for the business, which has 66 member shops throughout Scotland and the north of England, was up 6.72% on last year and 9.19% for the year to date.

The best performing departments were power tools, where sales were up 29.88%, and outdoor leisure, up 20.88%.

Home Hardware (Scotland) says that the launch of the summer brochure and the warm weather impacted massively on sales.
