BHETA gives retiring chairman a good send off

Retiring BHETA chairman David Smyth was given a send off in style at the association's recent Annual General Meeting.

The event marked Mr Smyth's last official engagement in office. He was joined by BHETA members executive director for DIY Paul Grinsell, as well as Dawn Clarke of member services, financial controller Clare Holland, executive director for housewares Will Jones and office supervisor Nicola Adams Brown.

The BHETA AGM confirmed all board members and officers in their posts and welcomed Monument Tools' Jonathan Collier to the board.
