GIMA has launched its search for the best in gardening products for the GIMA Awards 2007.
Now in its 24th year, the awards are open to any manufacturer or supplier of garden products based in the UK or EU.
Neil Gow, director of GIMA said: "2007 sees some new categories being added to the awards into the product and marketing sections.
"These categories reflected some of the changes we are seeing in the marketplace."
The awards are split into two categories – New Products of the Year, and Marketing Awards
Judges this year include Steve Guy (senior garden buyer at B&Q), Douglas Fishbourne (summer seasonal commercial buyer at Tesco), Caroline Owens (md at Scotsdale garden centre), David Danning (director at Trelawney Garden & Leisure) and Alison Haywood (general manager at Bridgemere Garden World).
Closing date for entries is June 12.
