Champion's champion prepares to soar for charity

Kraig Seymour, yard sales manager of the new Weybridge Champion Timber branch is readying himself for his second and final charity fundraising challenge of the summer.
Kraig, 28 from Mitcham in Surrey, recently completed a jaw-dropping 100 metre abseil down the Spinnaker Tower in Portsmouth, stating "it looks much higher when you're stood underneath it!"
Kraig's next challenge is a hair-raising 10,000 foot sky dive at the GOskydive centre in Salisbury, on Thursday 22nd September!
Father to Noah, 2 and Willow, 1, Kraig has chosen to fundraise for local cause Shooting Star Chase. This children's hospice charity cares for babies, children and young people with life-limiting conditions, and their families.
The father of two can be sponsored in-branch and online at

Kraig says: "I'm more excited than nervous at the moment. However, I'm sure that once I'm 10,000 foot up in the air, my feelings will change! It's great that my family will be there to support me, the kids help me to put on a brave face no matter how I'm feeling and I hope everyone gets behind me and sponsors whatever they can for this great cause."
