The BHETA team has seen a number of changes in recent weeks.
Member services coordinator Amanda Proudlove has left the organisation after three years, while Andrina Dhillon has joined as customer services coordinator.

Hayley Davies has returned after leaving the organisation last spring, and has also taken up the role of customer services coordinator.

In a statement to members, BHETA director (DIY sector) Peter Stone said: "I am sure that you would wish to join me in thanking Amanda for all the enthusiasm, energy and initiative she has put in over the past three years or so, and to wish her every success in her new position. She has been a key member of the BHETA team and this year in particular has held things together brilliantly during a long and hectic period with no one to support her.

"Andrina is getting to grips with things extremely well and I am delighted to confirm that the team is now back to full strength."
