Christmasworld reveals more about Premium Business Programme
Published: 20 October 2014
Christmasworld announces more best-practice examples, prominent guests and highlights in the Premium Business Programme at the 2015 event in January.
The third edition of the Premium Business Programme at international trade fair Christmasworld will be characterised by even more highlights, renowned speakers and a sharper best-practice focus on successful shopping-centre and downtown decorations, said organisers.
Christmasworld director Eva Olbrich explained: "In view of the continuing expansion of the online business, city centres and their market places must emphasise the live shopping experience and thus give the climate of consumption a boost. With our exclusive lecture and networking programme at Christmasworld, we aim to generate new business impulses for the sector."
Christmasworld will hold the Premium Business Programme in co-operation with the German Council of Shopping Centres (GCSC) on January 30, 2015. GCSC has obtained the services of journalist Thomas Ramge as chairman of the coming event. Mr Ramge writes for Brand Eins and The Economist. As a special highlight, the master of presentation, Bernhard Paul, founder and director of Circus Roncalli, will share his experiences from the emotional world of the artistic events with Premium participants.
Also new is the introduction of 'Themed Tables' for the business lunch, which will give Premium guests the chance to make contact with and put questions to the speakers and panellists, who include Karl-Heinz Land (neuland GmbH & Co. KG, digital vision & transformation), Heiner Schote (IHK Hamburg) and Markus Pfeffer (Stadt Giessen, best BID 2010).
After the lectures and panel discussions, participants will be given a brief exclusive tour of the fair and selected highlights before the Premium Business Programme is rounded off by a get-together on the stand of Main Sponsor Globall Concept (Hall 11.0 C80).
Also included in the programme is free admission to Christmasworld, a reserved parking space at the Exhibition Centre or travel on the VIP Shuttle Service on Premium Day. The première of the Premium Business Programme in 2013 attracted 94 participants. In 2014, the number had already more than doubled to 263 from 15 nations.
Registration for Premium is now possible online at
