Crest Garden has recruited two new members to its team, both from within the garden and horticultural sector.
Marie Williams, who joins as category manager, was previously with Gardman, where her priorities included sourcing, negotiation, range simplification and analysis. Before that she was with Brand Addition, responsible for the creating, sourcing and development of promotional merchandise on behalf of some of the world's leading brands.
At Crest she will focus on improvement to the Kent and Stowe, Flopro and Plantpak by Crest ranges as well as promotional opportunities and new product development.
Crest also has a new marketing manager in Natalie Searle. She joins from the Royal Horticultural Society, where she spent five years as marketing manager. Her particular skills are in traditional and digital marketing, which includes web development, SEO, analytics, social media and advertising.
She will be looking to develop current marketing propositions, brand position, packaging, display, overall group literature and social media to allow the Crest brands to become more consumer focused.
