Crown Paints renews Through the Keyhole sponsorship
Published: 4 September 2014
Crown made a return to our screens last weekend, as ITV welcomes back a second series of Through the Keyhole.
The eight-episode series airs on Saturday evenings and has an estimated audience of 10.5 million ABC1 adults. Crown Paints' sponsorship idents, as adapted from BJL's advertising campaign, will re-run across broadcast, mobile and online platforms in support of the show.
The sponsorship, negotiated by ITV Commercial, FremantleMedia UK and Omnicom Group's PHD in Manchester will be supported by a competition to win room makeover prizes across Crown Paints' social media channels, implemented by PHD.
Crown Paints marketing manager Nicky Cook said: "Through the Keyhole is a popular and successful show, so it's great to be onboard for a second series. This show allows us to bring our core brand messages to life in an entertaining and engaging way. How people decorate their homes is an expression of their personality and Crown is the brand that helps self-expression come to life - helping to create homes with 'personality'."
FremantleMedia UK head of brand partnerships Jayne Stephens added: "We look forward to a great second series of Through the Keyhole and welcome Crown Paints back for another run. It's an exciting show providing huge entertainment for a mass audience and with a coveted post-X Factor slot there is a huge opportunity for Crown Paints to engage with its key audiences."
