The British Home Enhancement Trades Association (BHETA) will be hosting its next forum on April 14, featuring a special guest speaker from Debenhams.
The department store's trading director Steve Lightfoot will be presenting his thoughts on the market, the future direction of 'home' within Debenhams and the opportunities for suppliers to help the store achieve its commercial objectives. Also speaking will be Jenna Bruce and Matthew Talbot from BHETA's legal representatives Howes-Percival. They will be presenting an update on IP protection following the recent High Court ruling on the Trunki case and its implications for UK designers and suppliers.
Simon Boyd will be providing an update on all the key activities and new initiatives being launched at this year's Exclusively Housewares and Electrical 2016. Meanwhile, Phocas Software will present ideas on how to turn supplier business data into an effective tool that can be used internally as well as help to develop customer relationships.
Will Jones will prove a BHETA update on the latest market developments and forthcoming member initiatives.
