DIY Week team up to full strength
Luke Walsh will join DIY Week as deputy editor from next week. Luke brings with him a strong background in both local papers and B2B publishing, including time spent as chief reporter for Surveyor Magazine.

Simultaneously, Fiona Hodge has been promoted from reporter to assistant editor on DIY Week and diyweek.net - a move which reflects not only her growing contribution to the magazine and website, but also the increased responsibility she has taken on.

"Luke's appointment and Fiona's promotion bring DIY Week back up to its full editorial strength," said publisher Colin Petty. "With the team up to strength, we can begin to roll out more of the new editorial features and projects we have on the drawing board, both for DIY Week and diyweek.net. It's an exciting time in the development of the magazine and the website, and we now have the editorial team to deliver the goods."
