Essex-based Household2U offers top brands, including Delonghi, Morphy Richards and Panasonic and hopes to create a more user-friendly shopping experience.
Family run electrical distribution company Household2U has launched an e-commerce website, selling branded electrical household goods.

The business, run by two brothers from Southend, Essex used their combined industry knowledge, together working with web designers Mustard, to design the site.

Household2U managing director Colin Maynard explained: "We have created this website to make it easier to navigate, search and purchase. So many electrical distribution retailers' websites are confusing, uninviting and make buying household goods difficult - we think we have hit the nail on the head with Household2U.co.uk."

He added: "We are particularly proud of the ease of searching for products on Household2U, which combines perfectly with a fast and efficient nationwide next day delivery service. We believe it is all about making it easy!"

The site offers a range of household electrical goods including kettles, toasters, vacuum cleaners, microwaves, light bulbs, wiring accessories and heaters. It also features top brands such as Delonghi, Panasonic, Daewoo, Electrolux, Morphy Richards and Kingfisher Garden Products.

The company has even jumped o board with the latest trend and launched a Twitter page, detailing its latest news, deals and promotions at www.twitter.com/household2u
