Two ex-Woolworths managers are reopening one of the failed retailer's former stores in Selsdon.
Ken Holdway and business partner Asad Khan intend to open the shop on August 14, and are calling their new venture Smallworths.
It will stock the same lines that were popular at Woolworths, concentrating on toys, DVDs, CDs, children's fashion, homewares and DIY, as well as the famous pick and mix sweets.
Mr Holdway is a former manger of a Woolworths in Beckton, east London, while Mr Khan managed a branch in Peckham in south London.
The Selsdon store has been empty since Woolworths went bankrupt in late 2008.
