Parent company of HallsBeeline and Stanley Decorating team announces acquisition by German-based painting and decorating tools firm.
The agreement will see Color Expert take sole ownership of both HallsBeeline and Stanley decorating products divisions, including offices, warehouses and manufacturing facilities on both Leeds and Morecambe.

Family-owned Color Expert is the second largest decorating tool manufacturer in Europe and has more than 110 years experience in the manufacture and supply of painting and decorating tools.

The immediate benefit to Robert J Hall Ltd will be an injection of working capital, which will enable the company to increase stock levels on all products, including HallsBeeline's paintbrush and AFS ranges and Stanley's MaxFinish and Dynagrip ranges.
