The Easter weekend will see the launch of Fiskars' spring TV, radio, print and online advertising campaign.
The TV ad, featuring the Weed Puller, the PowerGear loppers and pruners range and telescopic tree pruner, will air in popular slots across core TV channels on key spring bank holiday weekends, when spending in DIY stores and garden centres traditionally peaks.
New for 2015, the radio campaign on Classic FM will support the TV promotion and be heard around the Saturday morning show across the three April and May bank holidays. Fiskars says the radio and new digital components are designed to target a new and younger generation of gardeners.
Fiskars is also launching a £3,000 consumer competition to win a garden makeover, plus four packs of Fiskars garden tools, each worth £500. The competition runs to the end of June and is backed by in-store point of sale and online competitions and promotions at customer trade shows as well as spring demo days.
