Following its successful premiere alongside Christmasworld in January, the trade-fair concept has created a virtual tour that brings to life the fresh flowers, decorative plants and flower arrangements showcased in its 2017 debut.

Floradecora has confirmed that it will be held again alongside Christmasworld in 2018. The trade-fair concept offers immediately-available fresh flowers, plants and flower arrangements for seasonal decoration as an additional line, running alongside Christmasworld, which presents the latest products and trends for all festivities of the year.

Floradecora and Christmasworld director Eva Olbrich said: “Not only have we met the current need for more fresh greenery and convenience products across all types of retail and wholesale, we have also awakened it. That is why we are now concerned to build purposefully on the strengths of Floradecora as a marketplace that provides new contacts and business ideas for all market participants.”

Messe Frankfurt hopes to extend the experience of visiting the trade fair with this tour and potentially allow more intensive follow-up work after the show. Organisers have tasked the Nexpics agency with the project.

Positive feedback via show polls reinforced the decision to run Floradecora again in 2018. According to a visitor poll, 92% of the trade visitors achieved their targets for the show, while exhibitors were also reported to be satisfied by the quality of the visitors and the number of new contacts. “These are outstanding figures for a first event and a perfect springboard for further growth,” said Ms Olbrich.

An early-bird rate for exhibitors is still available until April 13, 2017.
