Floramedia lends support to Garden Re-Leaf Day

Horticultural design and print company Floramedia has pledged to donate label printing support to Garden Re-Leaf, which raises money for charity.
The company is to print special promotional labels that will give nurseries and growers the opportunity to participate in fund-raising on the third Garden Re-Leaf Day, next March.
As well as creating awareness of gardening, Garden Re-Leaf Day raises cash for Greenfingers, a charity launched in 1998 by a group of volunteers from the gardening industry. Funds from this March's event topped £61,000.
Greenfingers creates gardens for children with life-limiting illnesses in hospices; to date, 41 gardens have been constructed.
Nick Mathias, Floramedia managing director, said: "We're delighted to be involved in the initiative. We think Garden Re-Leaf Day is a brilliant idea and encourages the whole horticultural industry to come together and raise money for Greenfingers and its other designated charities.
"It also helps garden retailers and manufacturers kick-start the spring gardening season by engaging gardeners of all ages and experience."
Garden Re-Leaf founder Boyd Douglas-Davies said Floramedia's support would "help growers and garden centres to sell more stock throughout March 2014".
