Published: 24 March 2010

However, responding to demand, the owners recommenced manufacturing operations under the name Footprint Sheffield from their premises in Hillsborough, Sheffield.

Consequently this tool is still available together with the thumbturn variant, each in three sizes - 7 inches, 9 inches and 12 inches.

The original wrench was invented by the founder of Footprint 125 years ago and has remained largely unchanged ever since.
