Paul Wright has been appointed as a regional manager at the Garden Centre Group.
In his new role Mr Wright will oversee the running of three of the group's top-performing garden centres across the country.
He said: "I am delighted to have been given the role as regional manager for The Garden Centre Group."
Prior to this Mr Wright was the managing director of Frosts Garden Centres, which has four centres and employs around 400 personnel. Before joining Frosts, he was employed as director of retail operations for Choices UK and has also worked for the Early Learning Centre and the John Lewis Partnership.
Garden Centre Group chief executive Nicholas Marshall said: "I am delighted that Paul is joining the company. He is well respected in the industry and will be a great asset to the regional management team and the company."
