A staff shake-up at Wyevale Garden Centres has seen the appointment of former Homebase exectuive Paul Emslie as the new trading and marketing director.
Mr Emslie was one of a number of senior managers let go by Homebase's new owner Wesfarmers earlier this year. He joins new chief executive officer Roger McLaughlan, formerly of Toys R Us.
He replaces Dan Zinner, who is leaving after two years with the garden centre chain. Tim Patten is also leaving after two years setting up Wyevale's multi-channel offer, to join TM Lewin.
Meanwhile former Home Retail Group hand Richard Morgan is taking on the role of supply chain director. He joins from Euro Car Parts.
