The British Home Enhancement Trade Association has teamed up with a new service provider to offer help to members in all areas of packaging.
Packology is offering its services at special rates, plus a free introductory half-day review of current packaging practice for all BHETA members.

Working with its associate member, BHETA now provides: packaging development and project work; SaveTM - a process designed to create sustainable savings in packaging cost; training for both packaging sales personnel and packaging buyers; interim management to large organisations at a senior level, including general and operations management and pan-European packaging development; and reviews of suppliers to ensure that materials and processes are in line with agreed parameters or expectations.

BHETA executive director - DIY, Peter Stone, says the ability to meet the packaging requirements of retailers "will often make the difference between a successful listing or otherwise. In BHETA's role as a driver of sales opportunities, packaging expertise is a benefit well worth providing."
