HSBC Corporate Banking in Bristol to provide capital facilities to gardening chain to support in further expansion of the business.
The arrangement will cover all seven of Garden & Leisure's garden centres, which, located across the South West and Midlands, have a collective turnover of £42m.
Garden & Leisure finance director Dave Murray said: "We are an ambitious and growing business which requires flexibility to meet our strategic objectives swiftly and simply. Our relationship with HSBC will put us in strong position to maximise opportunities."
The business was founded by Kenn and Jackie Lloyd in 1983 as Cadbury Garden Centre. The Garden & Leisure Group was formed in 1997 with the support of French specialist garden chain Truffaut.
