Garland expands with new gardening brand

West Midlands-based Garland Products Ltd is launching more than 300 garden care and hardware products under a new Worth Gardening brand - and is bolstering its expansion with two new appointments.
It's a major step for the supplier, which is also enlarging its distribution facilities to cope with the extra stock and increase turnaround times. The company is adding Tony and Mark Dedman, formerly of Bosmere Products Ltd, to its team.
Managing director Miles Glendenning said: "With a combined 60 years in the garden sector, Tony and Mark have built a sound reputation and are well respected throughout the garden and hardware sectors in the UK and in numerous export markets. The introduction of the new brand is the latest move in a continuous investment programme and we believe that the Worth Gardening brand will add significantly to the company's growth."
A number of the new items will be produced at Garland's existing factory, with an additional 60% sourced from the UK and other European countries.
Worth Gardening will be showcased on Garland's stand at both the upcoming spoga+gafa and Glee shows this September.
