A special one-day workshop aimed at showing exhibitors at this year's Glee how to optimise their show visibility will take place on June 14.
Taking place at Solus Garden & Leisure, Droitwich, exhibitors will have a choice of either a morning or afternoon session led by event director Nick Davison and the show's marketing and operation teams. It's been designed to update exhibitors on the show plans for 2012 and the wide range of marketing and PR opportunities available to all exhibitors.
Information available to attendees includes free promotional opportunities, such as taking part in Glee's dedicated news release, features and preview programmes. The marketing initiatives will alos be explained, highlighting key opportunities such as ongoing promotional literature, web banners, and the VIP campaign to promote their participation in the show.
Online opportunities at gleebirmingham.com will also be highlighted during the workshop. Glee's onsite service providers Melville will also be on hand to talk exhibitors through some of the cost-effective solutions to stand build and design.
This will be the fourth year the show runs the workshop. Glee show director Nick Davison said: "The exhibitors who do the best at Glee are those that have planned and promoted themselves as much as possible in the lead up to the show. Recognising this we have developed these workshops to arm them with the tools to really make the most of their time at the show, meaning they can benefit from a significant return on their investment both now and throughout the year ahead."
