This year, Bayer Garden has trialled 'The Garden Doctor', a touch screen monitor that enables gardeners to define their problem and get information on an effective solution.
Shoppers can get what they need quickly and easily while retailers have a useful tool for boosting sales. The company is now in the process of reviewing the results of the Garden Doctor trial and will be looking to implement an enhanced unit later in 2011.
