Retail operations director Graham Heald and marketing director Jo Kenrick will leave the retail business in coming months.
In a statement issued by Homebase about the changes to its executive team, it revealed that retail operations director Graham Heald will be leaving the business later this month to "pursue new opportunities".
Mr Heald has been with Homebase for three years and "has supported the business during a challenging period and helped improve our customer focus and service", said the retailer. In the interim, managing director Echo Lu will oversee the operations function until a successor for the role is appointed.
Marketing director Jo Kenrick has also given notice of her intentions to leave towards the end of the year "to pursue a non-executive career path and to become more involved in her interests outside the corporate world of work".
Ms Kenrick also spent time as marketing director at B&Q before stepping down from her role following a board restructure in 2009. During her time at B&Q, Ms Kenrick was responsible for leading a return to using real employees in the retailer's TV ads, as well as securing the sponsorship of Channel 4's property programming.
Homebase said of her departure from its board: "Jo has also provided great service to the business in the last four years and has been responsible for our award-winning advertising and our great progress as a digital retailer. A successor will be announced in due course."
