The Hultafors Group has owned Snickers Workwear since December 2006, however, in a deal announced today, it will acquire the franchise company Snickers Original in the UK.
Snickers Original md David Clark will continue to run the UK operations. He said, "This change of ownership represents good news for both staff and customers of Snickers Original Limited. The company has seen significant growth over the last few years and it is our intention, with the support of the Hultafors Group, to continue to promote the brand and increase market share for the foreseeable future."

The group owns the Hultafors Tools, Wibe Ladders and Snickers Workwear brands and intends to co-ordinate sales of the brands following the latest acquisition.
