Hunter Douglas acquires Integra

Published: 9 December 2011
Window coverings and architectural products manufacturer Hunter Douglas has acquired British company Integra for an undisclosed sum.
Integra is based in Tamworth, near Birmingham, and distributes packaged window covering products and drapery hardware. The company has annual sales of around £9m and currently employs 20 people.

Hunter Douglas says it will combine Integra with its UK-based Sunflex Division, which markets a complementary range of packaged window covering products, further strengthening its position supplying the soft furnishing trade.

Hunter Douglas, which has its headquarters in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, and operates in more than 100 countries, reported sales of $2.445bn in 2010.
