IHA Centenary Congress
The IHA Centenary Congress 2009, which took place on September 18-21, has been proclaimed 'a triumph' by its organisers.

President of the IHA, Chris Patterson, welcomed three hundred delegates from around the world to the centenary congress of the IHA. The three day congress featured presentations from retailers, entrepreneurs, economists, HR specialists and environmental activists.

Based at the QEII centre, the congress also involved social events at the Tower of London, Hampton Court and The Banqueting House, as well as a visit for delegates to GLEE, at Birmingham's NEC.

Following the opening and visit by congress patron HRH The Princess Royal, the Congress saw presentations from Steamer Trading, HSBC, Greenpeace, Calor Gas, the BRC, Toolbank, Towergate entrepreneur Peter Cullum and delegates from across the globe.
