JLP appoints acting finance director

Published: 1 December 2014
Loraine Woodhouse is today joining the board of John Lewis Partnership (JLP) as acting group finance director.
She will replace finance director Helen Weir, who is stepping down from the board today before joining Marks & Spencer in the same role.

Ms Woodhouse joined the partnership in August 2013 after leaving her previous role as finance director of fashion retailer Hobbs.

JLP chairman Sir Charlie Mayfield said: "I am delighted that Loraine has agreed to join the board on an interim basis. Loraine has been leading our group finance team and is perfectly placed to lead a seamless transition."
