Garden landscape supplier Kelkay has launched a new app designed to enhance its service to retailers.
The app is a combined professional ordering tool and integrated catalogue, allowing Kelkay's field sales team to show the full product range electronically, access relevant account information and process orders during customer visits. Kelkay says this significantly speeds up order turnaround times for customers.
Kelkay staff can also access order history, plan calls and capture customer information and feedback.
The app can be used offline, making it ideal when travelling or exhibiting at trade shows.
Kelkay director of sales Richard Pyrah said: "Not only are our sales team able to present the right products at the right time to retailers, they have all the relevant customer information at their fingertips. This makes the time we spend with customers more productive for them than ever before."
