Andy Murphy has been appointed as Lafarge Cement UK's sales and marketing director, just twelve months after being promoted to head up its sales team.
He replaces Charles Law who will be moving to a senior position within the Lafarge Group.

Mr Murphy joined the company as a national sales manager in 2000 from Owens Corning and was moved up to the role of sales director in 2007.
