EDRA and fediyma have put out the call for last minute attendees of the
second Global DIY Summit, which will take place next week in Rome, Italy.
Almost 600 delegates from 38 countries have already signed up, more than 150 of which are retailers from the industry, a record-breaking number for the EDRA/fediyma congress.
The conference will feature guest speakers from some of the top names in the DIY industry, from Bunnings Group Australia md John Gillam to ceo of Legrand France Gilles Schnepp, as well as the respective heads of Kingfisher and Homebase Ian Cheshire and Paul Loft.
Running from June 6 to 7 at the Sheraton Roma Hotel, the summit will concentrate primarily on the changing world of retail, with focus on multi-channel and online.
Delegates can expect to hear speakers' interpretations of topics including what will happen to the selling space in stores, how the top suppliers and retailers are cashing in on the multi-channel revolution and whether Amazon is on its way to becoming the number one retailer in the world.
