Essential reading for retailers and suppliers in the home improvement market

Legal addition

Published: 6 September 2010
What More UK Limited has added to its growing management team by appointing Tom O'Neill as company solicitor.
Legal addition
Mr O'Neill will be responsible for all of the company's legal requirements including property matters, distribution and exclusivity agreements, copyright, trade mark and design protection and the general day-to-day commercial activities.

He said: "From the customer's point of view a company with an in-house lawyer has a great advantage because agreements and contracts can be negotiated and concluded directly with customers, rather than having to instruct an external law firm. It's so much quicker."

In his spare time, Mr O'Neill keeps fit by playing football for Rimmington F.C. and looking after his two young children.
