2010 will see the LA's first Lighting Industry Awards. Closing date for entries Friday, May 28.
Sponsored by Osram, Fern Howard Ltd and Clare Instruments, the new awards aim to showcase and reward the best the Lighting Association's (LA) members have to offer.

Judges will consist of a broad range of experts from designers, journalists, industry, government bodies and others.

Nominations can also be made by Association members for their own products. A short statement on the product (or person) outlining the merits, accompanied by a photograph or catalogue entry is all that is required.

Categories include light source product of the year, commercial product of the year, domestic product of the year, innovation award, and a lifetime achievement award.

The deadline for entries is Friday, May 28.

The winners will be announced at the LA Awards Gala Dinner at Stratford upon Avon on July 14.
