Best Value Conservatories Ltd has acquired the business and assets of LLP (formerly known as Laird Lifestyle Products) for an undisclosed sum.
LLP - bought in April this year by Lupus Capital as part of the acquisition of the Security Systems Division of the Laird Group - makes PVCu conservatories for the diy and garden centre markets.

Lupus said LLP had been 'consistently loss-making' for a number of years and, following a strategic review, concluded that the business would be better placed under different ownership.

Best Value Conservatories Ltd describes itself as a UK company that has been 'formed specifically to supply the self-build conservatory marketplace'.
