DIY Week is delighted to announce that international retail brand QVC has put their full support behind the event, sponsoring the Hand Tools category at the 2010 event. Speaking of their decision to come on board as sponsor, DIY and garden buyer Chris Gardner told DIY Week: "QVC are very pleased to be sponsoring the Hand Tool of the Year category at this year's Product of the Year Awards, organised by DIY Week. Not only is it a great chance to see new products you might otherwise miss it is also a great opportunity to network within the industry."

And the new sponsors don't stop there with Spring Fair and Autumn Fair also adding their weight to the event with the sponsorship of the cookware & bakeware category.

Hundreds of the great and the good from across the DIY, hardware, housewares and garden sector will gather for the awards on May 14 at London's Sheraton Park Lane Hotel. A drinks reception will be followed by a three-course lunch with wine, entertainment from comic compere Rufus Hound, and the announcement of the gold winners in each category.

There's still time to be part of it and book your place at the event. Contact Rachael Pearson on 020 8651 7081 or rachael.pearson@fav-house.com for more information and to book your places.
