My House Group, which owns a range of home improvement companies throughout the UK, has launched a new interiors division.
Focused on building the company's share of the home improvements market, the division comprises the recently acquired Christies Kitchens and Christies Bedrooms, as well as Norwood Interiors, which the firm rescued from administration in August.
The division will be led by md Danny Evans and marketing director Claire Parker, formerly of Hammonds Furniture.
My House Group ceo Ian Blackhurst said: "My House Group has made a significant investment in these well-known brands and we have a very positive outlook for the newly-formed division. Difficult trading conditions have impacted upon this sector but with our investment in resources and management expertise we believe we will achieve our high expectations for these companies."
My House Group, based at Winsford, Cheshire, also owns window and door firm Weatherseal and home maintenance company Job Worth Doing.
