National Hardware Show sees 20% uplift in attendance
Exhibitors at the show, which took place May 4-6, reported "brisk traffic" on stand and a significant number of orders booked.

According to the show's organisers, who were delighted with the 20% increase in attendance, said the exhibition was a "flurry of activity from start to finish", with The Home Depot, Walmart, Sears, Costco, Ace Hardware and a number of other leading retailers present.

ProGroup director of merchandising Brendan Sullivan, who exhibited at the show said: "It's been a great show - real positive with a lot of great vendors. I've been coming to the National Hardware Show for many years and I've been so impressed this year with the atmosphere, attitude and management of the show."

The 2011 National Hardware Show will be held on May 10-12 in Las Vegas, in conjunction with the NRHA All-Industry Convention.
