Neil Fishlock replaces Charlie Lacey at Decco

Decco has appointed former Dobbies head of buying Neil Fishlock to take on the role of supplier relations manager.
He replaces Charlie Lacey, who has joined Decco sister company Norbain as sales and marketing director. Norbain was bought by Decco parent company Newbury Investments group last summer.
Mr Fishlock was previously a plant buyer for Wyevale Garden Centres from February 1999 until October 2008, when he joined Dobbies as buyer.
B&Q's former category manager for gardening Steve Guy will take on Mr Fishlock's head of buying role at Dobbies.
After almost four years commuting between his home in Worcestershire and the Dobbies central support office in Edinburgh, Mr Fishlock decided to leave the 32-centre chain in October 2012.
Decco chief operating officer John Findlay said: "Neil will bring a new perspective to the supplier relations role at Decco and I am sure he will make a significant contribution to our business over the coming years."
