Vitax has appointed Ralph Fitter as key accounts manager for its home and garden division.
Mr Fitter has a horticultural background and many years' experience in the industry. Based in the Midlands, he is well placed to cover the whole of the UK.

His appointment is set to strengthen the managment team, says the company.
