Dormole, one of the two companies that make up the Toolbank group, has taken a majority share in power tool distributor Biz Power Tools.
The move gives customers access to power tool brands not previously available through Toolbank, including Bosch, Makita and Paslode. These join existing Toolbank brands DeWalt, Hitachi, AEG Ryobi, Black & Decker and Einhell.

The joint venture between the two businesses will see Biz continue operations as an autonomous subsidiary of Toolbank.
Biz md Graham Smith, who will continue in his role, said: "Biz Power Tools will continue to operate on its own, but, with the support of Toolbank, we look forward to further developing the products and services we are able to offer."
