Hozelock has announced the appointment of Steve Hall as group ceo.
Mr Hall has held previous positions including global president of Newell Rubbermaid's $450m hardware and tool business unit, where he has headed up brands including Irwin Tools, Bulldog, Record Tools and Swish.

Mr Hall will assume worldwide responsibility for both Hozelock Limited and its European subsidiaries and the group's French hose manufacturing business, Hozelock-Tricoflex.

"There are tremendous growth opportunities for such a strong, innovative business and great brand, especially in Continental Europe," said Mr Hall.
