Gabbie Cooney is appointed centre maintenance and development manager, taking up her role this month.
Ms Cooney will head up the maintenance side of the business, which includes health and safety, capital expenditure projects and development, day-to-day maintenance and profit protection of the centres, such as fire alarms, CCTV and intruder alarms.

Harden Centre Group chief executive Nicholas Marshall said: "We are delighted to welcome Gabbie to the Group. She brings with her a wealth of experience and boundless energy."

Ms Cooney has spent the past 11 and a half years working for JD Wetherspoon Plc in both the operation and property fields. Her most recent role was as the company's estates manager, a position she held from inception eight years ago.

From 1994 until 1998 she worked for Harrods Ltd. where she played a central part in the direct mail team.
