B&Q is moving its headquarters to a brand new, eco-friendly building named B&Q House.
More than 1,400 staff will be making the move over the next eight weeks to the new offices, which are just next door to their old premises, Portswood House in Chandlers Ford, Hampshire.
The new building aims to be close to carbon neutral, with sustainable products used throughout the building. These include heat sensors, which automatically open and close windows to keep heating bills down.
B&Q House has been awarded BREEAM status - the world's leading design and assessment method for sustainable buildings, according to the company.
The building took more than two years to complete and was designed by BDP Architects. It will be officially opened in September by B&Q celebrity ambassador George Clarke and Dame Ellen MacArthur.
