Independent door distributor JB Kind has appointed James Cadman as managing director.
Mr Cadman, a chartered engineer by profession, has been involved in the building products sector for most of his career. Previous positions include operations director of Swish Products and managing director of Aqualux Products Ltd.

He said: "JB Kind has a proud history and reputation for high quality and innovation, having built a highly-respected brand within the door industry. My role will be to build upon this strong foundation and help the company to strengthen their market position and develop future growth opportunities."
