DIY supplier Tradefix Direct has updated its mobile website to become more user-friendly and refreshed its image with a new logo.
The mobile version of the website was developed to help drive sales and to make it easier for customers to purchase products while on the go.
Customers are not limited for choice if they choose to shop via their smartphones, as they can purchase from the retailer's thousands of stocked products.
Director of Tradefix Direct, Paul Kershaw, said: "We like to think of our brand as being up-to-date with technological developments, so it was important to develop and release a mobile version of our website for smartphone visitors.
"Our customer-base is growing and we want to tap into the expanding mobile market. Now it is easier than ever to order trade supplies while on-site through our website."
Tradefix Direct has seen a continuous increase in the number of mobile visitors to its website.
In 2012 the retailer saw 7,000 customers visit its mobile site and in 2013 this figure jumped by 90% to 13,300.
Comparing the first six months of 2013 to 2014, Tradefix Direct had 4,600 visitors last year and so far this year 8,500 customers have visited the mobile site, which is an increase of 85%.
As for the new logo, it now features a stronger typeface and helps Tradefix Direct reinforce its identity to customers.
